JY96-IIN Ultrasonic Cell Grinder is a multifunctional and multi-purpose instrument that utilizes the cavitation effect of ultrasound to process experimental samples. By selecting different types of amplitude rods (6mm, 3mm, etc.), samples with different capacities (10-100ml) can be processed. It has the advantages of continuous adjustable ultrasound time and power, with a duty cycle of 1% to 99%. It also has time and overload alarm functions, which can make the operation safer. The product can crush various animal and plant tissues, cells, bacteria, and can also be used for emulsification, separation, dispersion, extraction, and accelerating chemical reactions. Working principle
Based on the cavitation effect of ultrasound in liquid, the transducer generates high-intensity shear force in the liquid at the top of the tool head through the amplitude lever, forming high-frequency alternating water pressure. The cells are crushed by cavity expansion and explosion. In addition, the use of ultrasonic waves to propagate in liquids generates intense disturbance, causing particles to experience significant acceleration, resulting in collisions with each other or with the vessel wall to achieve the effects of fragmentation, emulsification, and separation.
